Good food, good people but it can be ICE cold in there sometimes. Seems like a small thing but it can ruin a romantic date....

Super disappointed by this place and marveling at all of the positive reviews. Before I give details: In short the food was terrible and service didn’t redeem it. Our server disappeared halfway through the service and seemed confused about very basic menu items. That would have been fine if the food was even okay, but it was gross. Flat dry pancakes syrup and butter couldn’t even redeem, fish and chips had zero seasoning, the omelette was swimming in grease and also not seasoned, the chicken and waffles had no flavor except too much salt. It was a disappointing experience across the board. What’s more is as a server if you come to the table and see plates full of food and no request for boxes, one would think to ask if everything was okay. They did not.

04/28/2024 Our server was Ron. Super nice guy. There was one order they messed up on but the food was good and atmosphere were good.

Abrasive service, nice manager, mediocre food and tables grubby

I’ve gone so many times and I want to like it more than I do. The hash browns squares are great but each time I’ve gotten anything baked (biscuit, quiche, I even bought a whole pumpkin pie) it’s been undercooked. I’ve given it more chance because it’s a neighbor spot but for the price, try busboys and poets.
