Love this place and location. Environment is great ?? nice music. Great customer service. My Macchiato Latte was delicious ???. Due to raining I did not stayed for lunch. But in other occasions this is one of my favorite place to be.Kid-friendliness: As a parent or grandparent you can enjoy your drink/ coffee in company with your kids. Great environment. Thanks ????

This location has a service window. I placed a mobile order so I walked up to the service window for pick up. I didn’t go inside because I had my dog with me (she is my pet not a service animal) and didn’t want to violate the establishment’s policies. All three employees were not busy when I arrived, but they all chose to ignore me as I stood by the window, tapped on the window, and waved at them. This went on for 5 minutes until a patron inside came to the door and asked for my order so they could bring it to me. The employees behaved in such an unprofessional manner. I will not patronize this location again.

Very friendly staff and they are always attentive to customers!!I also left my backpack here and they were so caring about keeping it safe until I came to pick it up the next morning!Benjamin was very helpful when I called him on the phone and very nice!!!

The service from the worker Ciao was HORRIBLE. About a week ago I came into the store and he was incredibly rude. I ordered a venti matcha with 10 scoops of matcha and he gave me a nasty look and was judging my order. He gave multiple side comments stating I don't need to order a matcha with 10 scoops and then didn't put my 10 scoops. Then I came back today and he simply gave me a nasty look and no greeting when I came up to order. He also gave me attitude about my order again. His customer service is horrible and I was so disappointed/angered to receive this treatment at Starbucks especially from this location that I come to daily.

I think his name is Brandon. But he was so helpful. Greeted me at the door.
