Slipstream - Calumet-Norvelt

The coffee was delicious as always, but I was disappointed in the new presentation—disposable containers for the drink and food (although they were compostable which is a plus) even for dine-in—and that they’re not doing pour-overs anymore, acc. to the barista. I really enjoyed the old presentation versus today, both pictured below.

In my opinion they have the best single origin espresso in DC. Highly recommend!

A good spot for some delicious breakfast. Definitely want to arrive outside of the morning rush as this place looks like it can get quite busy. The staff are friendly and helpful.

We had breakfast and it was delicious the jasmine tea was so refreshing I ordered the avocado ? toast it was amazing. Love this place

Ate here twice while visiting DC. My son and wife also loved it. Great ice coffee, nitro style nice and smooth. We all had different breakfast sandwiches. I loved the biscuit, just enough heat! My son has the salmon one day and the avocado another. My wife has the bodega style. All were a great way to start the day. Quick service, helpful staff, good food and coffee! So glad we found it.
