Red Light Detroit Pizza

I love this place! As a fan of thick and delicious pizza, this place has become my new local favorite. It’s a small place with year round indoor/outdoor seating. The outdoor area has vinyl walls with heating lamps. The staff is fun and friendly and the pizza is AMAZING!

Absolutely excellent vegan Detroit Pizza! The tomato sauce is so good, the vegan cheese is great too, not stinky or weird, and trust me, I know something about vegan cheese on pizza. This one is approved. It 's a soft fluffy and crispy dough which makes this experience really rich and completely worth. We had a chance to be served by the creator cook herself, very friendly, she passionately cares of 'her baby pizza '. It 's nice to see such people working hard with love. We had night before also the classic cheese pizza in regular style. It was excellent too. It seems like they are giving away their pizza at the happy hour, the price then is too amazing...Vegetarian options: Cheese Pizza or vegan cheese pizza are the highlights of this spot but there are more vegetarian options.

Great Detroit style pizza in laid back restaurant. Dog friendly patio, good drinks, friendly counter style order process. Will return next time in town.Returned... Still great. Gordie Howe sticks for appetizer may be the best garlic cheese bread I've ever eaten. Vodka sauce was amazing.

Yummy thick pizzas and decent happy hour deals. Located on the corner of busy U street with some indoor seating great outdoor seating. A quick 10 min walk from U street metro stop. A new DC fave for a bite on a night out
