Overall just dry, not really any sauce and pretty bland. The garlic rolls were good though and I did finish those. Probably won't be going back if I'm being honest. The owner himself has said that it 's a challenge to make the food taste spectacular since it 's healthy , so that pretty much tells you all you need to knowVegetarian options: Fully vegan
Was worried about the reviews but the food ended up being quite good, and very large portions, enough for two meals even. Noodles, cinnamon buns and bubble tea were great!
I love this place! It’s refreshing to have an all-vegan option like this. Everything I’ve ordered—spring rolls ?, lo mein, stir fry, drunken noodles, garlic rolls, strawberry cake, lemon cake, cinnamon roll, wellness shots, teas, customized salads with their vegan ranch ?, juices, and smoothies—has been delicious. I’ve taken non-vegans here and they loved the food, too! Plus, the employees are friendly and give great recommendations.Vegetarian options: All vegan!Dietary restrictions: Vegan. It’s so nice to be able to order anything from the menu with having to remove non-vegan ingredients or ask questions about how it’s prepared!
DISGUSTING! Hands down, this is the worst Chinese food I have ever had in my entire life. Fried rice is already mostly vegan, minus eggs, using no fish paste or oyster sauce. My rice was BLACK, a darker tone than black bed sheets at night. I assumed it was drenched in soy sauce--but it contained NO flavor--how is that possible. The vegan shrimp made me vomit as quickly as I could find the nearest trash can the taste coming up was better than when I took a bite. This was tofu, with some Old-Bay salt on a small George Forman grill. But it taste like trash. Plus the fries underneath these god awful shrimp were under cooked with no salt. Finally, I ordered 3 cinnamon rolls, and after 45 seconds in the microwave it was still hard as a brick! the cream did not even melt. Mr. Yang, please go study with some of the great Chinese chefs in any carryout in DC, or in China.Vegetarian options: DISGUSTING
