Baskin-robbins - Calumet City

Why does Baskin Robbins 31 flavors only have 3 flavors? Your managers need to work on ordering inventory at all of the locations nearby as well.

I order via a delivery app and this store hardly ever fills my order as requested, they give you any flavor they have. Not the flavor you requested.

Love this place. Great ice cream sundaes and chocolate covered strawberries. Never tried there chocolates but they look good.

I am soo pleased with this establishment. There was a little hiccup and I can honestly say, Mr. Yusuf made me feel very appreciated today. It's amazing how very good customer service can turn a not so good situation into a great one. will be back!!

This place was awesome order and received better then what I described in less then 24 hrs!!! And the cake was delicious.
