Bidrage med feedbackVery disappointing. I have been to this restaurant before but this time I ordered a tbone steak or a chuleton. The meat was dry and hard like the sole of my shoes. My wife had a mixed grill and the meat was dry. All in all not very good considering the price.
First visit back to this lovely mountain restaurant on the winding road up to Guadallest since the pandemic. Simply cooked classic Spanish food, much of which is cooked on an open cold barbecue outside the front of the restaurant. It’s a meat lovers paradise. Everything from the fresh bread with Alioli, The delicious barbecued meats and sausages to the wonderful home-made desserts are all very good. The food is simple but freshly made and really tasty. The set menu is really good value for money, and the portions are large. The restaurant is only open in the day, and it is advisable to book ahead, as the restaurant is often full every time we’ve been. There is a lovely outdoor market just next door to the restaurant, where you can buy many local food items such as local jams, chutneys olives and wine. Definitely go on your way up to or on the way back from visiting Guadallest.
En la localidad de Guadalest, rodeado de miles de árboles frutales de nísperos, se encuentra este amplio restaurante que se especializa en productos a la brasa y platos tradicionales.
