Bidrage med feedbackWe found this place while looking for another. Were invited in--never a good sign. But the patio has a wonderful, slightly decaying, Love in the Time of Cholera feel, like eating in Cartagena 50 years ago, very evocative and romantic. The food is what brought us back the second time. The "seafood explosion" soup is one of the richest broths I've had and thick with shell fish. The Posto Negro is an amazing beef marinated in a caramelized sauce unlike anything we've ever eaten. My husband was scraping every last drop from the plate. Don't miss this one.
We went there for dinner and were pleasantly surprised with the patio area and how nice the restaurant was. while we waited for our table, we were not allowed to order a cocktail, which was very strange. When our food arrived, it was really really bad. Not going back anytime soon!
We were starving when we got here - the restaurant was across the street from our hotel so it was an easy choice. We ordered a few different ceviches and a shrimp/crab/avocado salad. The ceviche was ok, same for salad. But we didn't feel that great afterwards so not sure if we got some bad ceviche? That was the end of our eating ceviche for the trip!
A very nice patio in the heart of the city. The staff is friendly and the food is good. Don't expect for the very finest diner, it's just a good caribean local food diner in a nice outside atmosphere.
Looking around we found this place. We went for the posta and ceviche peruano. Nice presentation with awesome seasoning. Good service too.
