Quality pub only in for drinks but very welcoming bar staff doing great in these strange Covid times dog friendly we had 4 doggies in be back soon for food ????

We stayed at the crown last night, all the staff we came into contact with from booking to our actual stay were really friendly and couldn’t be more accommodating for our 2 young kids. Our room was massive and immaculately clean, also had Netflix on the tv which was a great bonus to be able to sign in and let the kids watch their programs. We didn’t manage to eat in the hotel restaurant but the menu looked great and it was packed out at tea time. Breakfast this morning was also great with loads of choice from cereals to eggs to full cooked Scottish breakfast, again the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating to ourselves but especially to the kids. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.????

Beautiful hotel. So nicely decorated, breakfast amazing every member of staff couldn’t be more helpful and chatty when they had time, but very professional in there approach, whole hotel was set up for covid, the restaurant bar area couldn’t fault it and the food was great, the rooms were again beautifully decorated and the big king size bed was so comfy, definitely be back again.
