Jack In The Box - Calimesa

Food was ok, some of it was wrong. But it’s ok. They shut the doors on the dining room early. It’s 8:30 and it says the dining room is open till 10. I’m not happy. They ether need to up date there hours or they need to KEEP THE DOORS OPEN!!!

Since covid this jack the box has really gone down in speed of service and accuracy... never get what we ask for when we have called and asked to speak to a manager about our wrong order . And they were very rude ... I remember when this jack in the box was friendly and very understanding... not now .. they just throw any one on with no proper training

I have been a customer at this restaurant for three years and have never had any issues until now. I highly advise against using their mobile ordering app. I placed a large $80 order through the app, paid for it, and when I arrived to pick it up 30 minutes later, they claimed they had no record of my order. I waited for an hour while the staff tried to figure out what to do. They eventually told me they couldn't fulfill the order because it wasn't showing up on their system, even though the manager confirmed the payment had gone through. I have worked in the food industry before and understand inventory issues, but it was disappointing that they couldn't fulfill the order when the money had been taken and the food was available. After waiting for an hour, I contacted customer service for a refund. Only a teenage boy was helpful and kind to us, while the rest of the staff either ignored us or seemed confused. The manager even admitted that this was not the first time this had happened. Avoid using their mobile ordering app at all costs!

This restaurant is very customer-focused! They always make sure to be friendly and welcoming. I enjoy dining there. The food is excellent and they always get my order correct!

We tried the new sourdough sandwich. I would rate it 8 out of 10, but my companion wouldn't order it again.
