Awesome experience. The food is really healthy. Lot of variety in smoothies and the food is soooo goooddd! The place is quiet and in the middle of the downtown. Must try if you are a fan of healthy food! I ordered immunity smoothie and Jamaican bowl! Was so good and enrich with the flavours

Loved this place! I was looking for a quick vegan bite near the mall and this was my first suggestion on google. Funny because my last name is Wright, it seemed very fitting! I got the Wright bowl (again, very fitting and i loved it. The sauce was fantastic. I also added the vegan walnut meat which added a nice crunch to the bowl! I would definitely recommend! Lots of vegan options :

Our Pfizer Rep brought this for our lunch and learn to our clinic today. Had the salmon bowl today, and was super impressed! Portion size was good and the ingredients were fresh, really enjoyed the sauce and garnishes in the bowl. I will definitely be trying more from this place when I am in the area.

Came here based on reviews from my employees and could not believe how excellent it was. I have no idea how Calgary's nutritional culture has improved so much in recent years, but it's so much more pleasant to live here. Smoothie 10/10, location 10/10, food 10/10, staff 10/10.
