Volos Pizza - Calgary

Our family has been eating Volos Pizza for yearsThe service is prompt, the pizza is delicious & it's family run.

Had the Mexican this week and it was great. If you like the non chain pizza restaurants like me, this is a great spot! Happy to recommend.

I have only ordered takeout from this restaurant, so I am not sure what the interior looks like. It took 50 minutes to receive my order at 9pm on a Friday night, which seemed a bit long to me. I ordered the extra large cheese pizza since there was a group of us. However, at $27 for one pizza with no toppings, it seemed ridiculous. The pizza was decent tasting, but I would not be willing to pay that price again.

I have been living in the neighborhood for 5 years, and Volos has been our go-to pizza place since we arrived. Occasionally, we'll venture out to try other nearby or newly opened restaurants, but we always come back to Volos feeling disappointed. It is a family-owned and operated restaurant, with the owners living in the area. They make an effort to get to know their customers and are always friendly to interact with.
