Tokachi Japanese Restaurant - Calgary

This is the best restaurant if you want a beautiful atmosphere, the freshest food, and a place to bring your kids. Moon and Francis with their family deliver the best experience for an amazing night out bar none!!!! This dining experience is a must.

The food was average. Oyako Dom was supposed to be chicken but it smelled like seafood. We also got a few rolls, the rolls were good but a bit dry. A little bit of soy sauce would've made all the difference but we didn't get that along with our order.

Me and my friends always come. Ramen noodles good with tonkatsu. Soup’s flavour tastes not strong enough. Hope their soups quality can be improve.

What a wonderful experience and amazing food! Our server was Moon who was extraordinary and very on point with great customer service. For the meal we did the Dinner for two with soup and salad to start, followed with coconut shrimp and gyoza for appetizers, which was all amazing. The 8 pcs sashimi, 6 sushi and 2 rolls was perfect and well portioned and fresh. If you haven't been, you're missing out, make it your next dining out.

Having lunch at Tokachi today. Everything was great. There were around 10 tables in the restaurant from 12:00 noon till I leave. The lunch special menu with various choices and is good value. The service was attentive, and food was fantastic. I will recommend this restaurant for 2-4 persons gathering. Go give it a try
