Very good food service and were very good in getting my food out

Great food, service was a bit slow but is Christmas Day, so, no complaints

We went for Christmas dinner and the food was very good. The evening started off poorly as the manager kept us waiting for 15 minutes for a table even though we had a reservation. Service was extremely slow and inattentive. It took 2 hours for us to complete our meal with 5 courses from a limited menu spaced between 15 to 30 minutes apart. Speaking to the manager did not help.

We were in for Christmas Day, where there was a special 5 course menu. Server was nice, but clearly overworked/understaffed, and so service was slow. Until we complained, it took forever to get our food. We waited for our third course for almost an hour, and it was just a salad. This confused us; we didn’t need to wait for anything to cook, so why the delay? When we spoke up, the service finally sped up after that. I had the turkey while everyone also had steak. Everyone loved their entree; but my turkey dish left much to be desired unfortunately. Same for dessert. The appetizer and soup was delicious. My salad was supposed to come with candied walnuts, but there were none.. overall not the best dining experience. I do understand it was very busy, and it can be difficult to staff well on Christmas Day, so I would give them another opportunity.

I was very disappointed. I asked my husband to go for Christmas dinner as they were providing a 5 course meal. The menu didn't really match what we were served or was misrepresented. The Smoked Salmon choice was one sushi roll not smoked but raw with a very small dab of cream cheese on one end. The butternut soup tasted good but was tepid and maybe 1/2 of a cup. The main course of (I think) Ravioli was good. My husband was charged for every coffee he had but nobody mentioned this might happen. I would never recommend this to anyone.
