This is my favourite subway to go to. Today I was served by Kush, she was so nice and had great customer service. She took every request with no hesitation. She double checked everything while entering it in to the machine. It was refreshing to have someone like Kush working in this industry, thank you! Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch

Tonight, I came to this subway at 9 pm. When I entered, Gina, who works at the counter, was not friendly towards me. The first thing she asked was, Are you buying a sandwich? Not hi like she greeted the white people after me. I looked at her and said, I’m buying a few sandwiches, 5 to be exact, 6-inch oven-roasted chicken sandwiches. Why ask me if I 'm buying a sandwich? Did I come here to hang out? I was telling her what I wanted on my sandwiches since they were for my children, and they are picky about what they want on their sandwiches. I feel like her approach to me was discriminatory because I 'm black. When the white customers came after me, she was all friendly and kind to them, but with me, she was put off for no apparent reason. Like I 'm a customer, and I wasn 't rude at all. So, I feel like I need to air this so she doesn 't treat another black customer like this, hopefully. I don 't think I 'm returning here again. It 's 2024; this type of behaviour is not acceptable.
