Papa John's Pizza - Calgary

Looks like there's only one person making pizza all morning. I could say she was busy because there were 6 delivery stickers on the table and then they tell me that I should wait at least 5 minutes before I could place my order. It wasn't the best thing for me to wait over 30 minutes for just a small pizza, but I really respected the friendly lady who worked so hard to provide any good customer service, although as swamp she is with online orders and 2 birthday party orders.

We always go to Papa John's country hills. The taste of their garlic sauce, garlic knots, jalapeno poppers and pepperoncinis is hard to find anywhere else.. there pizza are always delicious ???... Served at perfect temperature. I want to give 5 star for there customer service.. it's the best in city.. Only complain to Papa John's, is regarding there mobile app. Sometimes it don't update the order. We ordered pizza online through their App and when my husband went to pick up the pizza it was showing that it's already been picked up, while pizza were still cooking in oven. It has happened a few times that their App don't update the order. Other than that, Papa John's country hills is the best pizza place ????? looking forward to more visits and trying Papa bowl next time..

Pizza was great but what was outstanding was the amazing customer service and how friendly the people who worked there were. Had issues with my online order and the lady was able to assist even when she was very busy with other people's orders. Would not hesitate to recommend :

Easily the best pizza place I've hadin Calgary since moving here April 2022.Not that it was a hard act to follow. This city seems the be obsessed with cheese covered toppings. I don't know why anyone would want their pepperoni steamed under the cheese. Papa John's is the closest thing to Ontario pizza I have had. Keep up the great work and keep those toppings where they belong.... On top!

I ordered for pick up on July 21st around 9:45pm and the lady working that day made mine and my fiance day, she was so funny and sweet! We will be returning. Pizza is amazing
