Mcdonald's - Calgary

I ordered a coffee Frappe and was sent a Chai frappe. I am allergic to chai. This is the second time this has happened in 1 week. I called the store the first time to let them know, because allergies are serious. They still sent the wrong one again. Also, the coke tastes like carbonated water.

Avoid ordering from this location at all costs. I ordered a simple Big Mac and they DROWNED my burger in sauce and shoved a ketchup packet into it as a "joke". I dont know whats so funny about playing with my food and my hard earned money.

I like that this place usually gives me fresh fries and cookies. This location always always forgets to give me the McChicken sauce they now are charging a whopping $0.60 FOR 1 PACKET, which for us is an extra $2.40 on our bill, so its extra frustrating when they forget, especially since we get our burgers plain and ONLY use mayo for them and on our fries. Also, they tend to often forget to put a second patty on my second McDouble when I order the meal and another Mcdouble on the side.

Absolutely Horrible and this is my second attempt at ordering from this location because I could not believe that it would be horrible twice. Fries were soggy! Filet a fish was so hard around the edges I was afraid to break a tooth and unbelievably even the diet coke was horrible, there was not enough syrup in the soda water. Everything was inedible AGAIN!!!! I have ate at McDonalds restaurants in many countries around the world and you can always count on the fries. How does this location fail so miserably and not live up to what we expect from the McDonalds chain of restaurants. Even If you offered me free food from this location I would most definitely have to decline. The food is inedible and an embarrassment to the McDonalds reputation. HORRIBLE!!

Unfortunately, not a great experience tonight. I placed my order, paid, moved up, and turned off my engine as no one else was around and hate exhaust pumping for no reasonI got my drink and was asked to move forward. I politely asked why, and she absolutely politely said they're waiting in the filet o fish. I said oh ok there's no one else behind me so...she said it's for their timers. So I said ah, so faulty data. So I said I'd just wait. The window closed and I could actually hear her and another employee tapping about me which promptly stopped when I yelled I could hear them.I was getting my food as a car was finally just pulling up to pay at the first window.Let me tell you, I've never had a worse made meal. I suspect retribution haha the sandwich had double the sauce and was all over the place and squished, and tasted like sugar was on the bottom of the bun, and the fries were absolutely caked in salt.I wasn't even rude! Just called it for what it was and sat there googling to make sure I was right...
