The owner, Ash, and his staff have always been so kind and helpful. Sometimes there is a line up...must mean great ice cream. The location is so convenient for us.

The girl who was there on Friday night at 7:30pm refused to make me the ice cream I wanted. said it was ?sold out? but the ingredients are right in front of her. laziest worker I?ve ever encountered.

Tonight, we called in an order for a pint of raspberry cheesecake with extra raspberry and graham crackers. When we arrived to pick it up, the staff member handed us a small cup instead. I pointed out that we had ordered a pint, but they insisted we ordered a regular size. Eventually, they offered to make the pint for us, so I waited in my car. When I returned to pay, they still had the size wrong, but I was too frustrated to wait any longer. When I got home and opened the container, I found raspberry cheesecake with white chocolate and almonds instead! How does that even happen? It's worth noting that it seems to be the same employee who consistently messes up our orders. After this experience, I don't think I'll be coming back.

The ice creams here are delightful, but the cashier seemed unfriendly and didn't display much in the way of customer service skills. I'm not sure if she was having a rough day. As a newcomer to Calgary, I felt quite let down. I hope other customers don’t have to go through a similar experience.

This is the best Marble Slab location in Calgary. The store is impeccably clean and organized. The owners and staff are not only friendly but also professional, and they respond to orders promptly. I highly recommend visiting this place to indulge in their delicious ice cream and cakes!
