Bidrage med feedbackI had a massive Taiwanese fried chicken craving over the weekend and some of my awesome foodie buddy's suggested @lazymonkeycafe. The chicken was fantastic, although the portions were smaller than expected and definitely a bit pricy. We paid about $16 for a plate of chicken tenders and a bubble tea. Will have to try their other food soon!
Yummy bubble teas, regular teas, lunch/dinner/dessert, pork chops and noodle bowls. Friendly service. Words words words words words words words
Opened quite late for a bubble tea joint that's not downtown. I recommend their actual bubble tea (not fruit smoothies, tea), their tea is brewed to an appropriate concentration, meaning you could actually taste the bitterness and other flavors of the tea, instead of just milk alone. You could also order without ice to increase the amount of drink you get. The fruit flavored ones are mostly made from powder, not fresh fruit ,which I dislike but I'm sure others don't mind .I haven't had a chance to try their food, but their milk teas are great.
Stopped by here for some bubbletea after going out for dinner. Don't have much of a selection from what we are use from our usual place. I got the traditional milk tea with pearls and my hubby got passionfruit slush was pearls. The bbt were good but it's nothing special.
Been there couple times with my friends on the weekend for lunch. I really enjoyed the Taiwanese style rice and baked pasta. The food and the bubble tea were good. Just don't expect great service from a family run restaurant. It's a good alternative from the burger and fries.
