Bidrage med feedbackI tried this restaurant for the first time and will never return. I ordered two dishes totaling $47, but the food was of very poor quality and the portions were very small. One of the dishes was supposed to be beef, but it didn't taste like beef at all - I couldn't even identify what it was so I ended up throwing it out.
If you ever find yourself in Calgary, Alberta, you must try the Curry Stew Beef Noodle Soup at number 35B on 11652 Sarcee Trail NW. Known as Cari Bo Kho, this soup is the most delicious I have ever tasted. Even though I live in Winnipeg, whenever I visit Calgary, I make sure to stop by this small restaurant for a bowl of their amazing soup. I only wish they served it in my hometown! It truly is a must-try and absolutely delicious!
I visit this restaurant multiple times a year. The quality of food is consistently good. However, during my last visit, the spring rolls were not fresh and hot, suggesting they were pre-cooked. The pho had weak broths and was not served piping hot. The ingredients, with the exception of tripe, were hard to find.
So... for chicken soup stopped at our place. Tried 35B what she tried last time, Curry beef. Oh, my God! Wow! It was great... The best I've ever eaten. Both my wife and SIL tried a spoon of the camp and were woven. My wife wishes she could eat beef. Beef was tenderly disintegrated and it had carrots that were super sweet that I shared. I'm full of thinking about going back for more. We have always enjoyed our meals there and near Costco, so we use it when shopping. Never had a bad meal, enjoy the Vermicelli, but I had better. Two favorite dishes are the chicken curry soup 35A and now beef 35B. Try it.
It used to be really good but seems like it has gone downfall. Did takeout and my beef was undercooked as it seemed like they were in a huge rush since restaurant was busy. Likely won’t be back as found a better Vietnamese place close...to there
