Bidrage med feedbackFirst time visit. Good breakfast, service was OK, just had to remind server for a couple of things. Just your typical Denny?s but seems to have improved from the problems it suffered when it first opened. Would I go back? Yes
Margaret is, without a doubt, the best customer service professional we have encountered! We have visited Denny's twice in the last two weeks, and both times we received the most attentive service imaginable. She is excellent at anticipating her customers' needs, refilling coffee before your cup is empty, remembering orders, and she’s also fun, personable, and friendly! Denny's, you have a star in Margaret—she definitely deserves a raise! Make sure to keep her on the team because talent like hers will surely attract the attention of other organizations looking to recruit her.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The customer service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the salmon for lunch, and it was perfectly seasoned and fresh. While I had heard mixed reviews about the restaurant when it first opened, it's clear they've really improved since then. Having worked in the restaurant industry myself, I understand that some days can be challenging due to staffing. It's great to see that they have built a strong team and are now well established. I will definitely be returning!
I visited Denny's to celebrate a birthday, and the experience was pretty much as expected. I had no complaints about the food, and the service was quite good. The staff seemed more experienced compared to my visit when the restaurant first opened. The coffee was regularly refilled, which was nice. Additionally, it was relatively quiet for a weekend, especially compared to many other Denny’s locations, making it a pleasant spot to catch up with friends. My only issue was with their loyalty program, which is completely broken. A supervisor promised to get back to me after speaking with someone about it, but I never heard from him. I didn’t really expect a follow-up, but it was nice of him to say so. It would have been fantastic to receive a response, though!
I returned today after my last review to give them another opportunity. James truly made my day with his outstanding service. The food was delightful, and he consistently goes above and beyond for his customers. If you're looking for a great meal paired with a friendly smile and excellent service, be sure to visit when he’s on shift!
