Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Calgary

Eating was okay, but the waiting time is like in the right restaurant. they ask them to move out of the way, so they do not lose their destination running time, but in truth they wait for a serious time before they get their order. that was not so hot when I got it, I'm confused why it took so long. use this position to be good, but I have also seen a lack of customer service and food flavor.

Amazing helpful staff, super friendly and kind. They were super packed, but were able to get out the rush fairly fast and the food was amazing! It was hot fresh and loaded. Had a great experience!

God I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Terrible, horrendous people working here. Zero care for the customers. All they care about is cutting corners and saving themselves every penny. Multiple events have led to this. Banana splits are always so messy, blizzards are always half empty. I gave the burgers a shot. Just bread and patty, barely almost no veggies and so dry. People pay you money for the product, give it to them. Never go here. There are many many restaurants better than this cheap house.

After going through drive through and sitting out front 10min for my order getting home to eat I live literally 2 blocks away hungry and excited to eat some chicken strips and 2 cheese burgers and fries my first bite into my burger the paddy was cold old and stale tasted like cardbored both burgers felt like they came out the fridge gave a bite to the lady and she was also disappointed. Ended up tossing both burgers and I order honey bbq strips only half the strips had sauce I sent 30 bucks also grabbed a ice cream cookie for the lady it was also stale . Look ill be honest this is not my first time not happy here last time I sucked it up and figure stuff happens my fault for going back I will never go eat there again seem like the employee's are trained to not toss food out cause it cost them money this place is a bad example or the DQ franchise. Don't waste your money at this location ...And trust me I wouldn't rant all this if I was so disappointed place made my lose my appetite so don't let it lose yours. And your guys response to your customers is such a bot move and no I will never go to that location again even if it was free for a year . This location is definitely not a place to eat nothing fresh look at the reviews from people and there's your answer .

The absolute worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Consistently misplacing orders, denying the fact something even is on the menu, always saying oh it’s discontinued after they make you the wrong food. Cheap owners only giving one napkin and bare minimum toppings in food. You can notice it is owned by some bums that don’t deserve it
