Bidrage med feedbackMy man and I went to lunch today. the food and the ambiente were great, but the service was appalling. we sat at our reserved table and gave waiter, finally a waiter minute later we ordered a wee again to wait for a comment to our server, she was right the wait was long. then our lunch the suppe of my man came again another long waiting period that we had to say that they were over the rest of our meal that I must say was excellent . then to pay the bill, we were overloaded to which we pointed. our son had given us a gift card that we used, so we were more aware that the female server did not even apologize, but said if she had a gift card (which was on our phone in an email with code) we should print it out how it makes it easier for the personal! really should not try to make their customers happy. I can say that I am annoyed when I give the server a tipp that she did nothing to make our lunch pleasant. I don't let my family know any more gift cards for bow valley ranche restaurant.
We visited one of the special evenings where the thema was Indian food. from the moment we sat at, and in the evening the service was excellent, with the employees always appearing at the right moment. each cure was served with a wein pairing and...before each cure and wein was served, there was a short description of one of the service partners. the whole food was absolutely excellent! I haven't been in this restaurant for many years and was very satisfied. I'll go back in any case.
We ate here before the pandemic and that was our first return visit. two years ago eating was fabulous and the meal we had tonight was fabulous and very unforgettable. our waiter, guillaume, was the first price, he proposed the fresh oysters and was good, excellent. the Beetroot salad is very unique and not its typical salatstarter. you have to love (we do) and that was great. my wife had the scallops and a bell; I had the laughs with chorizo. These sound like strange combinations, but they are perfect couples. what makes these dishes spectacular are what they are served. soft sweet potatoes basic for the scallottes and beluga lenses with saffron butter for the salmon. no words to describe them. apfelbrotpudding sounds good, but they use a brioche with a rosin sorbet. omg, that was amazing. in short, an absolutely enjoyable evening in a really nice environment. first rate service also. wow!
This place never disappointed! this was only our second visit, but we will make this an annual culinary experience safe. amazing atmosphere. the service is no longer. eating and wein were very special.
We of us went for lunch. The decor was lovely. The service was good. We ordered the course express lunch. The braised beef was good. There was spoon of potatoes, piece of cauliflower and brussel sprout (cut in pieces)....There was enough food to feed a child, or perhaps an older person. The cost was Needless to say, some of us left hungry. I was so disappointed. I will not return.
