Barcelona Tavern - Calgary

Considering we are big fans of small plates and flavours, Barcelona Tavern seemed to be an ideal adventureThe place is expansive and very open.

Came here with colleague and got the Barca Burger (Wagyu beef)WOW high quality meatBeef was thick.

Really enjoyed the tapas hereWe had the chicken empanadas prawn tostadas for starters and they were very good, flavorful but not too spicy.

Had lunch with some friends at Barcelona located downtown. It gets really busy during lunch hour (11:30-1:30)weekdays Food was delicious, great service ! Love the booths Parking not so great.

This was our first meal in Calgary & we were pleased we'd called in. I had the steak sandwich & my husband had the chicken club (I think!). Drinks arrived quickly, my Barca g&t was one of the best I've had - and I'm British so know my gin! The server was friendly, attentive but not overly so, and knew the menu well. It was all clean and spacious and we had a great time.
