Five Guys - Calgary Canada

I do like the concept of five guys where you pick your burger and your toppings and that they have a decent number of toppings and sauces to pick from. Their Cajun fries are good and spicy. Just haven't really been a big fan of the actual burger patties of themselves lately so haven't been in quite some time. Staff are friendly.

This was my first time at a Five Guys. Somehow I was expecting more. The place seemed a little grimy, dirty tables, dirty floors. But the burgers and the condiments on them were good, but not as good as I was expecting after all the raves that I have heard. It is definitely a cut above the normal fast food burger fare. I would not hesitate to go back to another Five Guys but my expectations will be lower.

Hey guys! Welcome to a review of Five Guys in Calgary. Known for pulling all the stops, the guys here hope to make the best fast food burger. Are the patties full or love or mushy uncertainty? Read on to find out. Food:I came here for a quick pre-dinner snack and I ordered the regular Hamburger $9). This came with two patties and all the trimmings of tomato, lettuce, grilled onions, mushrooms, pickles, pepper, and my choice of sauce: mayo. I like that burgers here come with two patties as a standard but for anyone with a smaller stomach there is also the option of a little hamburger. The patty here is definitely juicy and almost on the quality of what you’d find at Shark Club though it has a little more oil and this is shown as it soaks through whatever bag you might house the burger in. The seasoning is akin to A&W which means it’s a pleasant patty to bite into. Having things like grilled mushrooms ups the value here and one burger was enough for me to call it a meal thanks to the two patties.

Really Great Burgers and Good Value!. My Husband and I recently visited this establishment and were pleasantly surprised with our experience. The food was fresh (although it takes about 15 minutes to receive) and the generous amount of fries was outstanding. The staff were friendly and attentive and the overall atmosphere was clean and well kept. We will go back time and time again!
