Jack's - Calera

I dine at Jack's several times a week. While the wait times can occasionally be lengthy, the food is consistently fresh and the staff is welcoming. Their milkshakes are incredible, and the machine is always in working order. I highly recommend the Rocky Mountain Fudge Shake!

Although this restaurant has received low ratings, our experience was truly five stars. First off, the Southern BBQ Pub Burger was fantastic. Additionally, the portion sizes were generous, which alone would earn them four stars in my book. My wife ordered the Southern BBQ Pub Burger as a single, and they got that right. However, when we received our hot Cherry Cream Cheese Pie, it was correctly labeled but had the wrong filling. The cashier handled the situation well, even with a long line of customers waiting. This level of service was impressive. Thank you from the Nolans for the outstanding experience. Our visit was on March 28, 2022, at 11:00 AM.

During my visit to this restaurant, I was first struck by how clean it was, and then I was impressed by the wonderful staff. Typically, the second shift might be a bit lackluster, but that wasn't the case here. The team was dedicated and ensured everything was fresh. They definitely deserve a raise for the excellent job they do. Thank you for making your hard work noticeable!
