An exceptional moment! Offered by the cook who arrested one of the members of our group, the address turned out to be a pure pleasure! Prudent, efficient and professional staff, a pleasure to chat with them! The food was excellent on all points: local products and homemade dishes (even desserts), you feel that the cook is happy, and he does it well! Proof of his desire to do well: you will certainly meet him in the room, when he goes for a ride to make sure everything is okay! In short, I highly recommend the place, the reception and the map will delight you!

We enjoyed this lunch of the noon , pleasant reception by our server, enjoyed the presence of the chef cook for his advice, and the quality of the tasted products ... it is a good table !

From all the restaurants we tested in Corsica, ALIVU in Calenzana is by far the best. We looked at the experience before leaving to taste other dishes, we did well. The warm welcome of the boss and the chef who comes to greet you at the end of the meal. Redo as soon as our next stay.
