Wendy's - Caledon

Wendy's continues to offer the best chicken sandwich. I ordered a Caesar salad, but the croutons were disappointingly crushed into crumbs. It was a waste. This restaurant is very kid-friendly and a great place to bring the little ones.

The girl working the drive-thru was incredibly impolite. She didn't greet me, neglected to say thank you, and nearly dropped my order because she was too busy chatting with her friends. She didn't even make eye contact when handing me my food.

Was nice, but nothing was working, and I was waiting forever for my order. There were 5 stars. 3 star average now.

Not worth the extra money this location charges for items on the mobile app. Caesar salad comes with dressing at the other locations too. This location apparently doesn't know that. Also, they don't answer the phone when you call to deal with issues. Great job guys! You should be ashamed. That would never fly in the past.

This Wendy's location in the Greater Toronto Area is likely the best one around. It stands out from the ones in Toronto, particularly in Brampton where the workers are often described as lazy and rude.
