Place just went down hill after Covid... It used to be an amazing restaurant 4 years ago. All the waitresses look lost and confused. After wait, our waitress told us secretly We Don 't get tips like we must give her a tip to make her feel better. Lol... wouldn 't recommend.

Great value for money! Even during busy periods, the staff were friendly and attentive, especially David and Camilla, who really went above and beyond. The food was ample and well-prepared. The Blue Crane is the restaurant located in Caledon Hotel. I have been visiting this place for years, and it’s quite disappointing to witness the gradual decline in the standards they used to uphold. This became particularly apparent during breakfast, where the meat options were lacking. The beef sausage, for instance, was of poor quality, and several items that used to be staples, such as chicken sausage and chicken cordon bleu, were missing.
