Taco Bell - Caldwell

Cheap Mexican food. That 's really it.... But in attempting to give a bit more for the review, I 'll say that their app is pretty awesome, easy to use, the people are generally great. Even when they aren 't great, they are front line service workers so no complaints.

The food is always good but they don't ever pay attention to what kind of salsa I order. I ask for mild or medium and they always put hot or fire instead. I've had to go inside after going through the drive through to get the right salsa packets

Showed up at 11 o'clock and saw someone parked in front of the drive through. This location is supposedly open till 2am. I was curious so I called and a guy answers the phone and tells me there closed. Why would they answer if they were closed.

Went to Taco Bell, and asked for the party pack tacos, they told me they didn’t have lettuce so I asked if they fill it up with anything else and they said no it would be extra and then I asked so do we get a discount then for the No lettuce ?” because you are paying for the whole thing and they aren’t providing a full service. I didn’t really argue much after because I know it’s not the girls fault but if that establishment can’t keep its ingredients it should be closed for the day. And to offer no discount when they are missing the ingredients . Yeah that’s bad service

I placed an order through the app for a new grilled cheese box along with a drink. They didn’t inform me that coffee wasn't available, which I assume meant they probably didn't have any in stock. It wasn't until I mentioned that the meal was supposed to include a drink that they offered an alternative. However, the food itself was quite good.
