Roots Company - Caldwell

Great dive bar, great prices, fast attentive staff and unique atmosphere. It's easy to miss from the outside because I didn't see the bar sign, but there was an open sign. This place has smoking indoors and had a heavy smoke presence so that this is the only drawback, but if you check it out with this.

It was Taco Tuesday, so I ordered tacos that came in an old metal cake pan. The beans and rice were $2, no salsa, sour cream, not even a slice of lime! And it was cold because it sat on the bar for a minute or 2 before the server brought it to our table. My husband ordered a chili cheese burger... They brought him Chili cheeses. He told the server, he ordered a chili cheese burger and it took 15 minutes before he got his food, at least it wasn't cold. Also it was very smokey because smoking is allowed and Halloween decorations were still on. Promise?

Great bar!! Had a blast the staff was so welcoming and kind.

Love the food! Whenever James makes our food we love it soo much! The BLT was amazing!!

Shelly is awsome and the staff is great. Mike rocks the mic, lol, amazing dude.
