Janitzio - Caldwell

This restaurant is one of the top spots in the Treasury Valley, offering a family-friendly environment, authentic recipes made fresh, and unique dishes inspired by the cultural background of Janitzio. What really impressed me was the coke machine featuring Mexican drinks, as well as the selection of hot sauces and other items that only a family-owned business would have. It was clear that this place prides itself on its family tradition, with members working together to prepare food and take orders from as young as 14 years old.

Love the family! The food is delicious, has regional taste of favorites such as Chicken Tamale (denders, tasteful), Chile Relleno and Chile Verde. Homemade tortillas, big salsa and welcoming family. Add this to your favorite list. We're coming back!

Very good food. Fajitas are unbelievable. Have eater here many times, and will continue. One of the best in Treasure Valley. Happy to support local families!
