Dutch Bros Coffee - Caldwell

I went to this location around 3pm and the customer service is terrible. The person out in the driveway taking order just stood there while we were asking a question about a drink and he said nothing when he clearly could hear us. He took our orders and got one drink wrong. I asked the girl at the window if he was new and she said no one that worked there was new and she herself was not so nice either. I get that you guys deal with people on the daily but it don’t give you the right to take your frustration from other customers onto the next customer. If you are not having a such a great day step back and let someone else do the job because one bad mood can ruin someone else’s. Also, we got our order wrong all because the customer service was having a terrible day. Do Better.

Coffee was fantastic. I just wish the staff was as upbeat as the Eugene Oregon dutch bros. No stickers available. This was the first dutch bros I've seen since leaving Oregon 16 years ago. Totally different attitude and atmosphere.

For my 1st time experience ever to any dutch bros location. This was a terrible location I asked for a caramel and got a mocha (which I despise) went back so they remake my order an gave me the same thing smh. Not only to add the cashiers or whoever they are were rude on to remaking my order. I just threw the drink away and just drove off. I don't recommend this place to any 1st timers. In other words don't waste your money or time.

I have always loved Dutch Bros coffee. They are the best quick coffee you can get. The staff usually comes out to you to take your order, if you pay by app or card you're usually out of their line in a matter of minutes. Their drinks are amazing and in such variety that you'll never get bored of them. Be warned though the sugar content of all their drinks is so very high. You can however ask to have any drink be made sugar free.

The Mafia was helpful and pleasant. Not in your face or overly excited like Dutch has a reputation to be. It's my birthday and I do t usually get coffee out, but this morning was a treat for the kids and I. I was unsure of what I wanted and my runner was patient and made great suggestions. I didn't have my app updated, so she gave me time to pay at the window and redeem my birthday drink. The line was extremely long when we pulled in but I was amazed at how fast we got through! This place is a well-oiled windmill.
