Bidrage med feedbackI can not eat any nuts what so ever. I ordered a GA Mud Fudge blizzard with NO nuts. Got my order. Drove away. Ate some of the blizzard just to discover it had nuts in it. I will not trust Dairy Queen again. Very disappointed.
We got there about 45 minutes till closing. We were helped by 2 different people. The first girl was super nice, the other one looked like she hated her job and annoyed that we were there inside the lobby. Umm... It's open for a reason... ????
Updated 10-15-22: It's been quite a while since I last visited dairy queen and I gotta say I was pretty disappointed. Even though It wasn't very busy my order took about 25 minutes to be done. The fries were too salty to eat not to mention cold. Theburger was dry and bland tasting. I took my fries back and asked for fresh fries with no salt. Now I'm not kidding but I had towait another 25 minutes before getting new fries. The fries weren't exactly hot nut rather almost warm. At this point I wasextremely disappointed with both the service and food. The employees were very young and need quite a bit of training oncommunication. You'd be talking to an employee and they'd just walk away without acknowledging if they heard you or not. Lotsof room for improvement. I've been to dairy Queen a number of times and have never had a bad experience. The staff and foodhave consistently been good.
Enjoyed a hot fudge sundae ???? and a chocolate dipped ice cream ???? cone. Used the drive-thru. Was in and out rather quickly. Nice young man behind the window.
Ordered chicken strip basket with gravy, got it with ranch , took it back oh we are out of gravey . Then why not tell us up front and I would order something else. Were not interested in making me happy. This is second time with problems at this sameDQ. Never again!!
