Na Madrona - Caldes de Montbui

We had a very good simple and well served meal, I would´nt say typical Italian food, but a good fresh dinner with a good service.

Had a meal here with 10 other people. The menu was in Catalan, Spanish and English. Quite a good selection of starters and mains plus a very good pizza menu. The food I had was very nice, well presented and tasted wonderful. The service was excellent too, all the correct dishes arrived at the same time. The feel of the restaurant was very nice, the air con was doing it's job very well. I feel the price of the food was a little expensive depending on what you're used to paying. My starter was Mozzarella and Tomato on Ciabatta with Ibérico ham and a black olive vinaigrette. It was very tasty indeed but at €13.50 seemed a little expensive. All the other people I ate with said the food was delicious. The restaurant isn't in a place you're like to stumble across it but it is worth seeking out.
