Kwai Hing - Calderdale

I tried this takeout for the first time and I was not impressed. The fries looked and tasted like they had been cooked in oil. The food was barely warm and not inexpensive. I only took a few bites before I threw it away. I was really disappointed. It was a waste of money! I will definitely not be going back.

I have always given this takeout place a good rating, but unfortunately today I have to lower my score. I ordered sweet and sour pork with fried rice and a side of chips. The pork was tough and I couldn't eat it, and the rice had no flavor. However, the chips were delicious. I tried to call to let them know about my disappointment, but they were too busy. I will try to speak to them after Christmas instead.

This restaurant is one of the best takeout options in the Halifax area. I'm not certain if they offer delivery services, so we usually opt to pick up our orders since we live close by.

I have been going here since I was a child. Mum and dad take-away then passed to sons. Still great quality ingredients and food. PRO: giant spring roll CONS: Old school menu (traditional) with a few newer additions.

Been there for years, so it must please loads of people. This is our takeaway of choice for Chinese meals.
