Hanifs - Calderdale

We ordered two mixed veggie starters for two people, which turned out to be more than enough for five adults. The starters were served hot and crispy. We also enjoyed delicious meals that included fish, meat, and veggies. Everyone was happy with both the taste and portion sizes. The garlic naan was enormous, like an elephant ear, and we also had peas rice and mushroom rice. Everything was accompanied by a jug of mango lassi. The restaurant also offered excellent ale across the road and was happy for us to bring in a takeaway. The meal was delicious and the atmosphere was friendly and inviting. We will definitely be returning to dine here again and again.

I reserved a table for 8 people, but more guests unexpectedly joined us. The staff was very accommodating and promptly extended our table to accommodate everyone. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of seating. While they do not serve alcohol, they allow guests to bring their own or purchase drinks from the nearby Craft&Tap bar. The curries I have tried have all been delicious, and the large family naans are particularly tasty.

Had dinner with my family on new years eve. First time eating in after using Akhtars for takeaways for a year and it's even better than the takeaway !!! Can bring your own booze (massive plus) Definitely coming back!!!
