Wendy's - Calcutta

The lady in the morning drive thru told me to pull up after I ordered a small French toast stick, nobody was behind me .pull up. She keeps opening the window and telling me to park along the building. I did. I was almost on the sidewalk. Nobody was even behind me and she kept telling me to pull closer to the building I'm right on the sidewalk. Obviously, she's doing this to be smart. I told her that I'll just leave and she yells out that she's sorry, then she laughs.. unreal. I buy a lot through this driv- thru.. She thought she was being funny. She's not

Needed a bite to eat while heading to Pittsburgh. Dropped in here for the $5 Biggie Bag. Still impressed that Wendys are able to keep that and the 4 for $4. Great deals. Ordered inside and the food came out fast. Even with the inside and drive thru both extremely busy.

Ladies working here were very kind and friendly! Food was also delicious!

I love Wendy's never had a issue. The $5 bags my favorite don't get me wrong I love their other sandwiches but the $5 bag is good for me and my two kids it's affordable.

I went in today to get my food from a order I never received on 8/25 that was suppose to be written down by the manager. I walked in asked for a manager and Vern said he was a manager I think okay great. I tell him the situation and how my name and food should be written down somewhere. He then says he would have to look at the books and ask for the manager name and my receipt which I no longer have. He refused to even look if my name was written down for my order weeks ago. He then starts telling me about his sex change he went through and how he has been irratible since the procedure. I just say well i hope things get better for you. He then asks me to speak up and says he can't hear me. So I speak a little louder on the situation and he just keeps repeating that he can't hear me and ignores me. Needless to say I left and never got my food I already paid for. I tried reaching out to corporate but they are non existent and have not gotten back to me. This is by far the most bizarre incident I have ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. Thanks for nothing Wendys
