Castel D'orcino - Calcatoggio

Exceptional hotel with exceptional view... we have a great stay, plus the staff is adorable and the delicious restaurant. Long time we come back!!! Elodie, Sheherazade and Maiko Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

It was there 3rd time we stayed in this hotel. The first two were correct but this time it was a catastrophe: first of all the receptionists were unpleasant from the first to the last day. Then we had billed consumption that we did not even order or consume. Some drinks we took were billed once at 9 euros and another day at 10. No room lunch and on the 2nd day qd I wanted to go get a tray at the restaurant to drink a coffee and an orange juice I was told that it was not possible (even by paying the full breakfast rate). Finally after making my Check out and paying the note in full, I receive an email 2 hours later indicating that I used the electric take of the hotel to recharge my car and that I would be charged 15 euros. I asked before coming to the hotel (and arriving on the 1st day) if there was the possibility of charging my car, I was told that yes not to mention the rates and the reception and in the rooms it is not marked anywhere that it is paid (we are at the limit of the scam).

Nice hotel, feet in the water. Outdoor swimming pool, rooms overlooking the sea, I loved...Resto pleasant as well as bar. The gardens are very beautiful. Located in a quiet street and two fingers from a beach.

The setting is splendid with the overflow pool and the sea just behind 2 steps if you opt for the room with sea view. All right cleanliness and charming staff. In the room, the air conditioning makes noise even bothers much to sleep, and that in view of the price, should be corrected. Also a pity that flaps or curtains are not occulting, one is awakened by the light systematically Finally, a bit disappointed with the little choice to breakfast given the price (15 euros per day per person in addition) a kettle in the room would have been appreciable
