Gastronomia Mamma Fina - Calasetta

Arrived at our hotel just before 3pm and asked was there anywhere to grab a bite to eat. The hotelier rang Mamma Fina which closes at 3pm and they said they would stay open for us. We arrived there at 3.20pm and were amazed at the high standard of food and the pleasant staff who did not rush us to finish. Bear in mind this is a deli where you can sit down and eat and drink but not a restaurant with table service. We did go another evening because it was so good.

Tasty food but expensive. 37 euros for a canteen type meal for one!? Either overpriced or overcharged!

If you are on a budget and don't want to wait long on busy days, this is the right place to stop for lunch or dinner. There is always a wide range of choice, the place is run by the family and they're all very nice and helpful

My girlfriend and I paid 30 EUR for everything you see on the photo. Staff is lovely and the food is delicious!

The quality of the food here was better than we had at the number 1 rated restaurant in Calasetta. Tuna was cooked to perfection, red mullet delicious everything we ate was well prepared. Excellent value too!
