Mcdonald's - Calapan

Sunday Services is happening at 10am and 3pm at the Activity Center of CityMall near Merrymart grocery.

It’s still called FastFood, but super slow service always. In other countries u always get served quickly with a smile by the staff. As often normal in the Philippines and also here in Calapan unfortunately not. Another Experience made here: after 10 minutes waiting the food, the staff told its not available we had to repeat the order. : Welcome to FastFood in the Philippines. At least the Big Mac and Big Tasty is good, but just after long waiting.

Very crowded during the school lunch break. But this is to be expected. The staff is helpful. We make this a regular stop when we go to Calapan to shop

I really appreciate that they are open 24 hours! Having coffee with my cousin at 3 AM was one of those unforgettable moments.

The customer service was lacking. It seemed they prioritized drive-thru orders over those dining in. After waiting for over 20 minutes, we realized they had mistakenly given our order to a customer in the drive-thru.
