Lost a set of keys. Called the day I left. Had to call back next day after 8am when the maids come in. Called again and have to call back Tuesday...
Nice staff and clean room. Our only complaint was that the heat was turned off when we arrived and it took several hours for the room to warm up.
Nasties place I have ever stayed in my entire life..a homeless shelter would have been cleaner
