The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf - Calabasas

Place is OK, but we asked specifically to make coffee as less sweet as possible, they acknowledged it and told us that it's just a bit sweet, but result was a crazy sweet coffee.

I was at the register for about 10 mins. No one was behind me, place wasn’t busy. They just ignored me and did not acknowledge I was there waiting to order. After getting tired of waiting I left. Other locations are great, not sure what the issue is at this place.

I placed a pick up order. When I went to get my order, they were out of a vegan item. They offered me another item, they were out of my second vegan choice. I asked that they just refund the price of the original item. They were a bit busy, so they set my receipt to the side for processing later. I said okay, and trusted that they would refund me. Clearly, that was my mistake because it is a week later, I 'm no longer in the area, and they never refunded the out of stock item. I should have just had them do it immediately, but I had plans and didn 't wait to ensure they kept their word.

We ordered online and when we got our order is was wrong. We ordered Vietnamese coffee and paid extra for cream cap. This was not Vietnamese Coffee and NO CREAM CAP WAS ON THIS. So I Called them to ask for a refund for just the Cream Cap. The girl who answered was so RUDE and argued with me. She said they would issue a refund for the extra cost. However, here it is several days later and nothing. After our experience we will go back to Starbucks.
