Wonderful place wonderful food to make absolutely

A beautiful restaraunt and a hotel set in a villa on the slopes of Ispinigoli cave. The views, the quality and attention to detail of the food and the staff of the restaraunt comprised of members of the family owners were all magnificent. We had vegetarian ravioli that Giuseppe recommended handmade by his uncle. For starters we had more cheese: simply grilled pecorino and baked cheese within a little cake that had hints of mint (this was my favourite dish of the evening). The main was a baked sea bass that was very good too, especially with some regional house white wine that tasted of wheat and plains. Great experience and we even stayed for the night as we ate so much and wanted to enjoy the local surroundings on the top of the mountain. Truly breathtaking views and experience!
