The Monkey Hut - Cairns

Monkey Hut is the only place a self-respecting coffee drinker gets their caffeine hit around the cairns base hospital. Really delicious coffee! Plus The staff are lovely and upbeat. Price is cheap for a barista-made cup, especially if you bring your own reusable mug or pre-purchase 5 coffees. They don't charge extra for variations like milk alternatives, mocha, or iced espresso.

Great little nook for the best Coffee and Brownies in Cairns. The two girls that served me were super friendly and made my day with their upbeat vibe and super cheeky wit!

Most mornings now I don't even bother making a cuppa at home. I park my car walk up to the counter coffe is handed to me. They see me coming coffe is ready and waiting and mde to my exact specs thanks guys

After spending $18.00 on 2 coffees and a savoy slice, both coffees where undrinkable and slice petty for the $8 cost. They lady serving and making coffees clearly needed an extra staff member, as the wait was longer then it needed to be. Extremely ripped off and disappointed on the level of service. Definitely won't be returning.

Neat local cafe/coffee shop. I had a coffee and a treat and both were good. prices about right - not out of line with the area. very funky decor - a neat place to go if you need a cup of coffee
