Le Bordeaux - Cahors

I and my siblings just wanted a glass of water to which they told us rudely that we can't. the server wasn't nice at all.

Parking in large parking lot above the road. a group of 8 in. waiter did not speak English and our French was limited, but pizza and drinks are quite common in each language. the food arrived quickly and was very nice. ideal for a lunchtime...stopover quite busy with locals too must be in order.

This busy restaurant in the center of cahors is a real foundation. the restaurant is always busy and this is not a doubt about the quality of the food offered. we have dined here at a busy augustnacht and we were both very pleasantly surprised. of the quality of the food in the offer and of the excellent service.

The Bordeaux is one of my favourite brasseries, for several good reasons. There is a public car park right opposite. They are open all hours as long as there are customers. So if like us you need lunch at 3pm or a meal at 11.30pm...they can oblige. Seating is indoors or outside on the pavement where passers-by provide the entertainment. If there is a big match on, crowds gather to watch on the large screen TV at the far end. Service is good and quick, prices are reasonable, and the toilets are clean. What more could you want?

We go there often with friends for the Menu de jours . Always tasty. They also Iberian ham that we love cut in thin slices. The service are friendly and fast with a smile. Really Bistro way of life
