Trattoria Pizzeria Il Conte Di Cavour

We had booked a table at 9pm via the Fork arriving there at 8.55pm. Booking was accepted online by the Resturant. The host did not have us on the booking sheet even though he ackonwledged that booking was received. He told us the owner will come to speak to us for a solution. We spent 15minutes outside waiting for the owner patiently and spoke to 3 different waiters for an update without getting any feedback. The owner simply ignored us and refused to speak to us all this time. Finally one of the waiters just told us we do not have a table for us so we had to leave. No apology, no solution (We even offered to wait), nothing. This unfortunate event simply ruined our evening since it was difficult to find another restaurant on Ferragosto. AVOID

Very good pizza, with a wide variety and fairly inexpensive. Service was a bit slow, which didn’t stop them from charging 4€ for it. Coffee was super

Not all plate in same time in the table, dessert was not good. A bit too much of waiting. But see food and wine was great.

The quality of the food isn’t that good, much better restaurants around. The steak I ordered was more like fat and muscle fibers, totally not what I like so I gave it back. Also the typical Sardinian pasta I ordered instead I had better before.

Very nice and comfortable place, kind staff and good typical kitchen.
