Osteria Tabarchina - Cagliari

Gluten free pasta!! They even had gluten free ravioli. They said they usually have gluten free desserts but they were out today. I’ve found it can be hard to find gluten free alternatives in Cagliari, really appreciated the options and mindfulness of the staff.

Wwe just happened on Osteria Tabarchina on a rainy day, looking for a place for late lunch. A German lady, sitting outside, seeing us look at the menu and talking German said she'd recommend the place. We followed her advice, went in and ordered the antipasti plate for 2. We were not disappointed. Every one of the 5 cold and 2 warm dishes was prepared with care, tasty and attractive to look at. Add good Sardinian white wine and friendly service, overall a very nice place.

We were there with my friend and in the evening it is not easy to find a space for even 2 better to reserve a table in advance. The location is a bit tricky to find. The food was amazing. We ordered a menu and it cost 25 euro with 1 starter 1 side dish 1 main course. Drinks are not included in this price. Service could be better. There are only 2-3 servants working so they cant manage all the customers. However, the food was delicious.

Meals very small and expensive. Long wait for waiter. As I asked if we can separated the waiter said “no we are busy “ And there are many places for better food here in Cagliari

Amazing food in a very nice place. Excellent service and very good music during the meal. If you love tuna it is the right place to eat it!
