Per the Wisconsin (and mostly nation wide) mask mandate, employees and patrons/customers are REQUIRED to wear face coverings indoors. I stopped at RCP on two separate occasions and both times, the employees weren’t wearing masks and were not enforcing patrons to wear masks either. When a member of my party asked why they were not following Wisconsin legislation, an employee replied that he had a medical condition. If this were to be the case, it has been deemed by professionals not safe to work if the proper precautions cannot be made. This is for the employees safety as well as the customers. Nobody likes being in the midst of a global pandemic— but it’s places like this that are continuing to spread COVID-19, even during the holiday season with zero regard or concern for anyone but themselves. If you care about your health and safety, DO NOT stop at RCP. I’ve reported them on the CDCs website on both occasions for being non-compliant with the mask mandate.

Good morning. I just left your Travel Plaza with a smile. With so much hatred, division and families and friends being torn apart by taking political sides, Covid-19, etc, it's so nice and refreshing to be treated like you mean something, like you're not just another customer that walked thru the doors, but someone that is welcome in your fine establishment. I'm referring about the young lady at the front register this morning (I spoke with your manager about her), she has AWESOME customer service manners, she made this old trucker feel good and welcome.
