Pan De Aida - Cadiz

Met owner Aida and Jill, very friendly. Jill speaks fluent English. They bake every day from 5:00. Most of their ingredients are organic. Their Tortas are listed as vegan, made with olive oil. Tried the regular taste and cocoa and ginger. Both were moist, sweet and light. They have several types of round bread with different grains. Also have naan and several tasty looking cookies. I wish they were open all day.

We enjoyed delicious sandwiches with a selection of several homemade gourmet fillings in freshly baked handmade breads.
